Her Majesty the Queen celebrates her 90th birthday today (Thursday) and throughout her long reign she has visited Scotland many times, including; Falkirk, Grangemouth, Linlithgow and South Queensferry.
The short video shows the Queen and the Duke of Edinburgh on a Royal Tour in 1955.
Her Majesty visited Falkirk, meeting the Provost, inspected her Guard of Honour and met with some spectators.
A large crowd lined the streets hoping to catch a glimpse of the Queen.
She then visited Grangemouth Town Hall and waved at the large crowd that gathered below.
The Queen’s tour also took her to Linlithgow where she visited Linlithgow Palace, the birth place of Mary Queen of Scots.
During her time in Whitburn the Queen met the Gala Queen before her tour took her to the capitol city.
