School pupils and supermarket staff teamed up for a flashmob at the Howgate on Thursday.
The event, organised to mark World Mental Health Day, also included staff from Asda and Tesco alongside volunteers and nurses from NHS Forth Valley.
Shoppers were entertained when Falkirk High pupils teamed up with the grown-ups for their rendition of ‘Is This The Way to Amarillo’.
And the flashmob’s organisers, the team from Falkirk and District Association for Mental Health (FDAMH), said they were delighted with its success.
Stuart McCallum, FDAMH’s business laision officer, said: “It was fantastic.
“It was our first flashmob, but I don’t think it will be the last.
“It was fun and people were interested in what we were doing.
“The point of it was to raise awareness and get people talking, and it hit the mark.”
