The sunshine helped ensure St Bernadette’s Primary School summer fayre was a huge success.
Hundreds of pupils, parents and locals packed out the playground to enjoy pony rides, a bungee run and stalls.
Stenhouse School of Dance, Evolve Music and Theatre and the school’s country dancing students performed while the cast of the school show gave the visitors a sneak peek of, ‘The Wizard of Oz’.
St Bernadette’s opened in Antonshill, Stenhousemuir two years ago and last Saturday was their second summer fayre.
Organiser Frances Burke, fundraising coordinator for the school, said: “This was an event for the whole community, not just the school and everyone had a great time.
“We were very lucky with the weather which meant an even better turn out than anticipated.”
The event raised £2500 for school funds.
