Muiravonside Church

Last Sunday, morning service in Muiravonside Parish Church was conducted by the Minister the Rev. Louise McClements. During the intimations a warm welcome was given to Mrs Jacqueline Dignan, organist for the service. During the service the Sacrament of Baptism took place, when Evan Taylor, infant son of Alison and Stevie Ramage was welcomed into the church family. Another happy occasion, and the congregation again swelled by the attendance of the friends and family of Alison and Stevie. This Sunday, morning service will commence at the usual time of 11.30am and will be conducted by the Minister the Rev. Louise McClements. The Falkirk food bank and the Falkirk homeless project is still ongoing and there is a box in the vestibule to collect any donations for these causes. If anyone is interested in receiving a copy of the morning service, please see Jackie Napier after the service.

Parish Church

Last Sunday’s service was conducted by the Rev. Monica MacDonald. On door duty was Lady Jane. The service was opened with a lovely solo by Grace Douglas. The BBQ held at Ardtalla on Sunday was a great success; grateful thanks to everyone who helped in any way. The next social event will be a prize bingo in october. The service this Sunday starts at the usual time of 11am. Prayer meeting begins at 10.40am. A warm invitation is extended to all. Anyone requiring the services of a minister should contact Rev. Monica MacDonald on 01324 874807.
