Road improvements will take place for four days next week at junction five of the M9 near Cadgers Brae roundabout.
The work begins at 8 p.m. on Monday, January 12 and finishes on Thursday, January 15 at 6.30 a.m. on both lanes of the on-slip road, which will be closed during the works with a signed diversion in place.
The road will operate as normal from 6.30 a.m. to 8 p.m. on January 13 and 14.
At all other times a diversion will be northbound on the M9 until Junction 7 at Kinnaird House, where traffic will leave the M9 and join the M876 to travel north until Junction 3 at Bowtrees.
A spokesman for contractor Amey said: “Around 4000 motorists use this road every day and will benefit from these improvements, which allow the M9 and assoiciated slip roadsto continue to operate safely and reliably for years to come.”
