Unity Club

A prize bingo night in aid of Strathcarron Hospice takes place tomorrow night (Friday). Tickets are £1 and great prizes can be won in the raffle. There will be live music from a flute band on Sunday from 3-6 p.m.

Bingo Night

Redding and Westquarter Community Wing is hosting a cash bingo event in Westquarter Primary School on Monday, March 2. Doors open at 6 p.m., eyes down 7 p.m. There will be an admission charge of £1 at the door. All games are for cash and there will be raffles on the night as well as refreshments and stovies. Sorry, no children will be allowed into this bingo.

Redding Church

Sundays service was led by Rev. Mary Henderson with Bible readings given by Mr Len Kerr. Call to Worship on Sunday, March 1, will be at 11.30 a.m. with the Congregational AGM taking place after the service. A Guild Lunch will be held in the Hall at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, March 3, open to all, price £3. The World Day of Prayer Service will take place in Blackbraes & Shieldhill Church on Friday, March 6 at 7 p.m.

Community Council

The next meeting of the Lower Braes Community Council is on Wednesday, March 4 at 7 p.m. in Westquarter Primary School. All welcome.
