There are not many people in Stenhousemuir who don’t know about rescue dog Buster and cheeky King Charles’ ways.

Owners Derek and Lynda Graham took the lovable lad in last May and the spaniel soon made himself at home, becoming one of the family – even taking up residence on people’s chairs.

Lynda said: “He likes to jump up onto Derek’s chair when he’s away at work. I think he thinks he becomes the man of the house when Derek is out.”

While he may be a tad on the lazy side, and has the snoring ability to prove it, Buster does like a good tussle with his toy bone.

“He’s got a fabulous nature,” said Lynda. “He’s just so laid back. King Charles’ are great with kids and perfect dogs for families. I would recommend them to anyone. Our sons Scott and Connor think the world of him and it goes to show rehoming a dog can give them a second chance at family life.”
