Have your say

‘Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding, acknowledge Him in all your ways and He will direct your paths’ (Proverbs 3 v 5,6)

Early this year I decided to purchase, for the first time, a sat nav for my car. At first “Emily” and I got on very well and with her help, I was able to get to new destinations without losing my way as often happened before.

It was always a joy to hear her voice directing me in the exact way I should go.

I am sorry to say, however, the wonderful relationship we had didn’t last.

I thought I could trust her completely, but I was so wrong.

In fact, just recently there have been times when she has sent me in completely the wrong direction without so much as an apology. I don’t know if I have upset her by my angry words but the relationship of trust we had has been broken and I am now considering a divorce.

People and machines will let us down but the Lord never will. If you are willing to put your faith and trust in Jesus Christ you will find that He is absolutely trustworthy.

If you have lost your way in life or don’t understand why things have gone the way they have, why not make the decision today to trust Him with all your heart and acknowledge Him in all your ways – and allow Him to direct your paths. You will not be disappointed.
