A motorcyclist was taken to hospital after a collision in Bainsford’s Main Street this afternoon.

The incident occurred around 3.50 p.m.

Police have closed the street from its junction at Bankside and Davids Loan.

Traffic towards Falkirk is being diverted along Ronades Road and out of Falkirk onto Bankside.

A spokesman for Police Scotland said: “Officers in Forth Valley responded to reports of a serious road traffic collision involving a number of vehicles. The road was closed while emergency services attended the scene.”
