Police searching for a local man who went missing in Glasgow at the weekend believe he may have travelled down to London.

Kevin Kotrys (40), from Seaton Place, Falkirk, was last seen at 3.40 p.m. on Sunday outside Cash Convertors, in the city’s Renfield Steet. He has had no contact with family or friends and has not called into work since then, which is described as being out of character for him.

It is believed he may have travelled from Glasgow to Edinburgh on Tuesday, April 15 and then taken the train down to London.

Inspector Ian Williamson said: “Kevin’s family and friends are very concerned about his welfare. Anyone who believes they have seen him, or has information on his whereabouts, should contact police.”

Kevin is 6ft with a large build and short dark hair. He was wearing a black t-shirt under a red hooded top, blue jeans, black boots and carrying a white bag.
