Larbert High School’s news bulletin has been named Newsletter of the Year at the imPRESS Scottish School Media Awards.

Larbert Link picked up the accolade at the award night in Edinburgh last week. It was also shortlisted for the Original Photography Award and PE teacher Kirsty MacGowan was nominated in the Inspirational Teacher category.

Michael Russell MSP, Cabinet Secretary for Education and Lifelong Learrning, said: “I’m delighted to see so much interest in the awards from Scotland’s young people, and the work by Larbert High School and the other entrants is truly wonderful.”
