Two men charged following spate of van break-ins

The arrests were made in connection to a large number of thefts from vehicles in and around Denny and Bonnybridge.

Kevin Allison and John Campbell were due to appear from custody at Falkirk Sheriff Court on Wednesday.

The men were arrested following a number of break-ins to vehicles in the Denny, Dunipace, Fankerton and Bonnybridge areas in which property was taken.

The thefts took place between Wednesday, April 25 and Tuesday, July 17.

An extensive police operation led to several properties being searched and approximately £25,000 worth of stolen property, consisting mainly of power tools, was recovered.
