Smoke for the fire could be seen across the district

Firefighters were called to deal with a blaze at business premises in Camelon.

The alarm was raised just before noon today and, at the height of the fire in Union Road, four appliances and incident support unit were in attendance.

The premises, currently used by David Graham Vehicle Repairs, were previously occupied by Pineworld.

Union Road was closed while firefighters tackled the blaze, smoke from which could be seen several miles away.
