Police crackdown leads to drugs seizures
Police have recovered drugs worth more than £10,000 following a series of raids across the Falkirk district.
Officers have executed 24 search warrants at the addresses of suspected drug dealers since November.
Heroin, cannabis and diazepam were recovered as a result, along with a four-figure sum of cash which was seized under the Proceeds of Crime Act.
Chief Inspector Alan Waddell, Falkirk sub-area commander, said: “These warrants have been executed as a direct result of information provided to us by local residents.
“I would urge anyone with information on those involved in drug dealing to come forward.”
