Missing man found safe and well

David Reid (47) had been reported missing after last being seen leaving his home in Denny on July 27.

He was later spotted the following day in Tillicoultry High Street.

Central Scotland Police issued an appeal on Tuesday for help finding Reid, who had not been responding to texts or calls from friends or family members.

He was found safe and well on Wednesday, with officers thanking the media and members of the public for their help.
