Get healthy in Grangemouth
People will be able to make a positive change to their lifestyle if they head for Grangemouth town centre on Tuesday.
Falkirk Multi-Agency Domestic Abuse Forum are organising the health and happiness event, which runs from 10 a.m. to 3.30 p.m. in 71 La Porte Precinct on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
Featuring displays, advice and free giveaways, the initiative aims to raise awareness about the importance of health minds and bodies, a healthy approach to relationships and parenting and how to keep a healthy home.
Gail Cook, domestic abuse policy co-ordinator, said: “We all need to be aware having a health attitude in our life cane be very beneficial to everyone. It’s not just about diet or fitness, it is about attitudes and behaviour towards others.
“There are a whole range of support services across the Forth Valley area that can and will help you get to a better place. People can drop in for a few minutes to find out how we can help.”
