Fatal accident on Falkirk road

A man has died following a road accident in Falkirk.

John Martin (37), of Hallglen, was the passenger in a Honda Civic which rolled over while been driven east along Lochgreen Road, near Greenrigg Cottages.

Police are now appealing for anyone who witnessed the incident, which occurred around 3.30 p.m. yesterday, to contact them on 01786 456000.

Officers are anxious to trace the driver of a black car seen leaving the scene of the accident.

The road was closed until 9 p.m. to allow officers to carry out a full collision investigation.
