Drugs seized from Head of Muir property

Two people have been arrested following a raid on a house in the Denny that area recovered drugs worth £1500.

Officers from Central Scotland Police executed a search warrant at the property in Annet Road, Head of Muir, yesterday.

The two individuals were due to appear from custody at Falkirk Sheriff Court today.

Sergeant Steven Stirling, of the Denny community police team, said: “Once again I thank the community for providing the information which assists us in carrying out these operations.

“I am an advocate of ‘local solutions to local problems’ and I am extremely pleased by the contribution that the community has made.
