Driver cut free after lorries crash
Repeat drink-driver Carol Tuddenham was nearly three times over the alcohol limit
A truck driver had to be cut free from his cab following a crash on the M80.
The incident involved two lorries and occurred shortly after 9.30 a.m. between junctions seven and eight northbound.
One of the vehicles is understood to be a motorway maintenance truck.
Firefighters from Falkirk and Larbert, along with the rescue tender from Alloa attended.
The crews used hydraulic cutting equipment to free one of drivers.
He was taken to Forth Valley Royal Hospital along with two other casualties.
The northbound carriageway is now closed until at least 4 p.m.
Central Scotland Police is advising motorists to find alternatives routes.
