Country Dancing

Get your body and mind in shape! The local RSCDS Beginners Class will meet in Laurieston Primary School from 6:45 to 7.45 p.m. on a Tuesday night (no partner required and accompanied children are welcome). L.O.F.W.A.

Brantano Shoes are coming along to the coffee morning today (Thursday), September 18, when they will give a talk and sell some of their products. Everyone will be made very welcome. There will be a concert in the Old Folks Hall on Friday, September 26, at 7.30 p.m. when Alistair Allen will come along and entertain us. Tickets are priced at £3 or pay at the door. All welcome.

Medium’s Visit

Laurieston Spiritualist Church will have Brian McTaggart from Motherwell as guest medium for its service in the Old Folks Welfare Hall in Mary Street on Monday, September 22. Doors open 6.45 p.m., service starts 7.30 p.m. Everyone welcome.

Macmillan Morning

The P7 class of Laurieston Primary School is holding a MacMillan Coffee Morning in the School Hall on Friday, September 26 from 9.45-11.15 a.m. Any donations for raffle prizes would be greatly appreciated. Everyone welcome.
