Walking Football goes ahead at Ochilview every Monday morning at 10 a.m. and given running with the ball is out of bounds it is ideal for those who feel they would benefit from a gentler form of the game as well as enjoying the social aspect. Tryst Dental Practice sponsors the local sessions where a cuppa can also be partaken. The game is already massive in England and Jamie is in the process of fixing up dates for matches against two Premiership clubs South of the border. Motherwell piloted the event a couple of years ago and a match against them is also in the pipeline. Why not pop in a give it a try or call the Football Club on 562992.
