Parish Church

The Communion service on Sunday is at 10.30 a.m. and will be led by the Rev. Alec Shuttleworth. Tea and coffee will be served after the service. The Young Church meet at 10.30 a.m. The men’s club meet at 7 p.m. in the Session House on Monday for the AGM which will be followed by a bowling evening. Sponsor sheets for the forthcoming sponsored walk on Sunday, April 12 are available from any member of the Board and Session. The Palm Sunday songs of praise takes place on Sunday at 7 p.m. in Tulliallan and Kincardine Church.

Bowling Club

The opening of the green is on Saturday at 1.30 for 2 p.m. All members welcome. The ladies are having their opening on Friday, April 10 at 5.30 p.m. followed by a high tea then an evening of entertainment. The overall winners of the Friday games nights was a three-way tie between Willie Kerr, David Georgeson and Keiran Georgeson who all had 40 points with Margaret McIntosh taking fourth place on 38 points. The games nights are now finished, but will start up again at the end of the bowling season, around about October. Thanks to all who took part in what turned out to be a very entertaining Friday night at the club. New members are very welcome, we have bowls, shoes and a qualified coach for anyone who wishes to take up the sport. All new members only pay half price fees for their first year.
