The kids Sunday club meets in the church hall at 11 a.m. Come along and make new friends while enjoying games, arts and crafts, songs and Bible stories. The Youth Group (ages 11-18) meet on Sunday at 7 p.m. in the church halls. Rainbows, Brownies and Guides meet throughout the week. The Boys Brigade meet weekly on Fridays in the church halls, Anchor Boys (ages 5-7) from 6 to 7.15 p.m., Junior Section (ages 8-10) from 6.45 to 8.15 p.m. and Company Section (ages 11-18) from 7.45 to 10 p.m. The Guild meets on Wednesday at 7.30 p.m. in the church halls. This weeks talk is on “Yorkhill Children’s Foundation”. All will be made most welcome. The badminton club meets weekly in the church hall on Wednesday from 8 p.m. Players young and old, from novice to champion are welcome. Rev. Colin Mailer leads the morning service on Sunday. Mr Brian Dick from the Falkirk branch of the Gideons’ Society, will give a short presentation on the work of the Gideons’ Society. A Kirk Session/Board meeting will be held on Tuesday at 7 p.m.
Christmas Fair will be held on Saturday, November 22 from 1 to 4 p.m. with lots of Christmas goodies for sale, activities for kids, tombola and raffle. Come along and support the centre while doing some Christmas shopping. Free entry. The social evening will be held on Saturday, November 29 from 7.30 p.m. to midnight. Dance the night away to Scottish music and tunes throughout the decades. Raffle and refreshments. Tickets £3 available from the centre. The mum’s group starts on Friday between 10 a.m. and noon. Come along to meet other mums for a coffee and a chat. Free crèche provided. Contact the centre for a place. Credit Union will be in the Centre every second Wednesday between noon and 2 p.m. The next date is this Wednesday. On Sunday, the service at 11 a.m. will be with Mr Jim McEwan and at 6 p.m. with Mr Douglas Moodie. Bible study will be held on Wednesday. The anniversary social will be held tomorrow (Friday) at 7.30 p.m. The speaker will be Douglas Cranston and the reading will be with Mrs Helen Malcolm. Trinity will be singing at the social.
