Miller Hall

The service on Sunday will be 11 a.m. with Mr Jim McEwan and 6 p.m. with Mr Donald Forbes. Bible Study takes place on Wednesday, May 14, at 7.30 p.m. All welcome.

United Church

The kids Sunday Club meets in the Church Hall at 11 a.m. Come along and make new friends whilst enjoying games, arts and crafts, songs and Bible Stories. The Boys Brigade meet weekly in the Church Halls, Anchor Boys (ages five to seven) on Mondays from 6-7.15 p.m.,Junior Section (ages eight-10) from 6.30-8 p.m. on Fridays and Company Section (ages 11-18) from 8-10 p.m. on Fridays. Rainbows, Brownies and Guides meet throughout the week. More information on all Church events and activities can be obtained from the Grahamston United Church website.

Bowling Club

There is a dance on in the club this Saturday. Entry is free and all are welcome. The very popular Jackie Clarke is providing the entertainment. The music starts at 9 p.m., but the clubhouse is open from 7 p.m. Members should note that the club will now be open every Monday to Thursday 7-10 p.m. and Friday 7 p.m.-12.30 a.m. during the bowling season. The friendly fixture this week is a home match against Laurieston. This is a triples match, teams 5,6,1 and 2 are playing this week. There are only two spaces left for the sponsored MD Finlay Open Triples this Sunday, so if you want your team entered, phone the clubhouse on (01324) 629032 any evening after 7 p.m.

St James

Colin Mailer will conduct the service on Sunday, May 11. There will be a retiring collection for Christian Aid this Sunday and next Sunday, May 18.

Westfield Park

Community Café open on Wednesday/Thursday from 12–2 p.m. Meals from £2, snacks from £1 with tea and coffee included, cans of juice 50p and childrens meals 50p. Job Club meets on Wednesday 10 a.m.–noon. CAB meets every second Thursday 12.30–2.30pm. If you require advice or help please call in to the centre. Falkirk District Credit Union will not be starting in the Centre until June, date to be confirmed.
