Last Sunday’s service was conducted by Rev. Louise McClements assisted by Mrs Amanda MacQuarrie. Morning worship this Sunday will take place at the usual time of 10 a.m. Sunday School and the Apprentices meet in the church hall at 9.45 a.m. New members will be very welcome. The first Rendezvous of the year takes place on Wednesday, February 12, at 1.30 p.m. in the church hall with a visit from some of the pupils of Shieldhill Primary School. All welcome to attend. Sunday morning services are recorded and a CD is available for anyone who is housbound or unable to attend church. Photography course

A digital photography Course is starting in Shieldhill Primary School on Monday, February 24 from 6.30 - 9 p.m. This is a free six-week course suitable for anyone interested in getting more out of their digital camera. Places are limited, so for further information and/or to book a place please contact Shieldhill Community Wing on (01324) 508546.

Gospel Hall

Friday-Timeout, the programme for boys and girls continues on Friday evening at 6.30 p.m. All children invited, with adults if desired. The Christian gospel will be preached on Sunday at 6.30 p.m. (note time) when the speaker will be Kenneth Murray from New Stevenson. Come and hear this message for yourself. The monthly Tuesday villagers’ meeting will be held on Tuesday at 2.15 p.m. All are invited. The Mums and Tots continues on Wednesday at 9.30 a.m. for all mothers and toddlers in the area.
