The next monthly dance will take place on Saturday, March 8, when Sapphire will provide the music. The treasurer will be in the club this Friday for anyone wishing to pay bowling fees for the coming season. The fees remain the same as last year. President D. Gardiner is looking for volunteers to help with the clean up of paths before the start of the season. There is a notice in the foyer, and helpers are asked to donate just an hour of their time.

Miller Hall

On Sunday the family lunch will be at 11 a.m. and Mr Ian Mundie will be speaking at 6 p.m. There is no bible study on Wednesday. All welcome.

St James

On Sunday Mr Arthur Stewart will conduct worship. Children, come along and enjoy the Sunday Fun Club from 11.15 a.m. to 12.15 p.m. Rev. Colin Mailer will start as locum with St James on Sunday, March 9. The stated annual meeting will take place on that date immediately after the service.

United Church

The kids Sunday club meets in the church hall at 11 a.m. Come along and make new friends while enjoying games, arts and crafts, songs and bible stories. The Boys Brigade meets weekly in the church halls, and Rainbows, Brownies and Guides meet throughout the week. The Guild meets on Wednesday at 7.30 p.m. in the church halls. This week “A Man and his Dog” Trevor Lynch talks about his work with the Central Scotland Fire Service. The badminton club meets in the church hall on Wednesdays from 8 p.m. Players young and old, from novice to champion are welcome. For more information, visit the church’s website.
