A teenager with anger management problems has been threatening people and attacking them over the last year.

The 17-year-old from Falkirk, who cannot be named for legal reasons, appeared from custody at Falkirk Sheriff Court last Thursday having previously pled guilty to assaulting a 16-year-old and behaving in a threatening manner in Central Retail Park, Falkirk, on March 31.

He also admitted threatening behaviour against his partner in the Howgate Shopping Centre, Falkirk, on January 16 and assaulting his partner in Finistere Avenue, Glen Village on June 11 last year.

Sheriff John Mundy adjourned the case until May 26 to allow a psychological assessment to be carried out on the teenager, who was released on bail with the condition he remain indoors between 7pm and 7am each day.
