Koffee Time meets today (Thursday) from 10 a.m. till noon. Come when you can – go when you must. The Thought for the Day this week is ‘Miracles in Monkstown and Monklands’ – you might well ask what is that all about! We meet for the Breaking of Bread at 10.30 a.m. on Sunday and this is followed by tea/coffee at 11.30 a.m. The Bible Teaching Hour this Sunday has Bill Turnbull as the expected speaker at 11.50 a.m. Sunday Club meets at that time and will continue each Sunday till the end of May. On Tuesday the After School Club meets in Carmuirs Primary at 3.15 p.m. with Dave and that evening we meet at 7.30 p.m. in Bethany for prayer and bible teaching. The expected speaker is Roy Marshall who will bring us the second in his short series of messages.

Entertainmnet on Saturday is by Fraser’s Disco. There are domino and pool competitions every Sunday from 3.30 p.m. Entry is £1 per person.

Entertainment tomorrow (Friday) is provided by male vocalist Degsy. There are bingo sessions every Tuesday, Friday and Saturday from 7.30 p.m. On Tuesdays there are refreshments provided for a small donation.
The weekly draw in aid of Camelon Juniors was won by G.Muir who took the consolation prize of £50 with the ticket purchased at Tesco Camelon. Next week’s jackpot will be £700.
On Saturday entertainment is provided by Gary Alexander. On Saturday, May 24 Scarlet Productions presents tributes to Rhianna, Katy Perry and Susan Boyle. Tickets, priced £15, available from the bar.

This Saturday at 8 p.m. it is celebration time in the clubhouse for our British indoor rinks champion John (Bash) Phillips. All members and friends are invited and to be entertained by Tony’s Disco. Free entry. Sunday at 9 a.m. for 9.30 a.m. is the David Graham Vehicle Repairs five-person team. The event is full and the draw is on the notice board. A huge thanks to Campbell Myles for all his work around the greens and also head gardener Ian Stewart for having the whole area looking beautiful.

Our monthly walk on Tuesday, May 27 at 1.30 p.m. is taking us to Bo’ness, where special guest Anna Cannings will be joining us for an edible plant ‘pick nick’. Meeting point is Kinneil House in Bo’ness.
