Our first Koffee Time for 2015 meets from 10 a.m. till noon today (Thursday). This will be a good opportunity to meet old friends and new. Garry Blair from Motherwell is expected to bring us a ‘Thought for the New Year’. On Saturday ‘ we have our first Saturday Rally for 2015 at 7 p.m. The musical items will be brought to us by the Miller Hall Singers. You are very welcome to join us on that occasion. On Sunday at 11.50 a.m. we expect a visit from Tom Watson from Greenock. He has an interesting story to tell of his faith journey. On Tuesday, January 13 at 12.15 p.m. the Carmuirs Primary Lunch Club recommences. Dave and his team meet with pupils from Primary 4 to Primary 7 in the school library. Numbers are limited by the space which is available so pupils should come as soon as they have finished their lunch. We plan to meet on a weekly basis through the term. That evening we meet in Bethany for a prayer meeting at 7.30 p.m. seeking God’s blessing on the church members and the community in the New Year.

There are bingo sessions every Tuesday, Friday and Saturday from 7.30 p.m. Refreshments available at the Tuesday session for a small donation. Entertainment tomorrow (Friday) is vocalist Craig Swan with the show starting around 9.15 p.m.
Entertainment on Saturday is by Fraser’s disco. There are pool and domino tournaments every Sunday from 2 p.m. Admission is £1.
This takes place on Sunday, January 18 from 2-6 p.m. and will feature over 10 acts. Money raised will replace the machinery damaged in a recent fire at the football park. Tickets are £5 and available from the bar.
Entertainment on Saturday is by Stevie’s Disco.
This takes place in Ochiltree Social Club on January 30 and is in aid of Mariner’s Day. It starts at 7.30 p.m. and entry is £1.
The 21 club was not won last Sunday. We are now in week five with plenty of potential winners this week so check your numbers and payments. The club agm is on Sunday, January 25 at 2 p.m., a large turn out is essential. The ladies agm is on Wednesday, January 28 at 2 p.m.
The first meeting of 2015 will take place in Camelon Education Centre on Monday, January 12, at 1.30 p.m. when entertainment will be provided. A warm welcome is extended to all.
