Keep Fit

A combined aerobics and toning class is held every Wednesday at the Mariner Sports Centre from 7.45-9 p.m. For further information call Sheila on (01324) 634192 or 07859933877.

Camera Club

Meets every Friday from 7-9 p.m. in the Scotia Room, Camelon Education Centre. All welcome.

Juniors Club

There are bingo sessions every Tuesday, Friday and Saturday from around 7.30 p.m. On Tuesdays there is an opportunity to enjoy refreshments for a small donation. Entertainment tomorrow (Friday) is vocalist Carol Mac with the show starting at around 9.15 p.m.

Valentine’s Party

Taking place in Camelon Juniors social club on Saturday, February 14 from 8 p.m. till late. Entertainment is vocalist Joanne Bence. Tickets are £2 and available from bar.

Mariner Bar

Entertainment on Saturday is Alistair’s Disco. There are pool and domino tournaments every Sunday from 2.30 p.m. Admission £1.

Treasure Chest

The weekly draw to raise funds for Camelon Juniors saw the consolation prize of £50 go to Sandy Reid. Next week’s jackpot is £650.

Mariner Fundraiser

A psychic night with Ann clarke takes place in Camelon Juniors social club on Monday, February 23 will raise money for Mariner’s Day. Entry £5.

Community Centre

Events in Tamfourhill Community Centre include: Monday – 4 p.m. and 5.30 p.m. Kay Klass dance, 7 p.m. Kickbox cardio fitness class; Tuesday – noon Parent and Toddler group, 1 p.m. Coffee and a chat drop in, 5.30 p.m. Creative industries workshop; Wednesday – 5.45 p.m. Junior Youth Club for P1-P3, 7 p.m. for P4-P7; Thursday – 6.30 p.m. - Senior Youth Club for S1 upwards; Saturday – 9.30 and 10.30 a.m. Enjoy-a-Ball; Sunday – 3.30 p.m. Jujitsu for children.

Tai Chi

Qigong is a gentle Chinese excercise system that can help improve your health and wellbeing whatever your age or fitness levels without damaging joints. Bethany Hall

Koffee Time continues today (Thursday) from 10 a.m. till noon. During this cold weather what better time for a hot cuppa with friends old and new? We hear that loneliness is a common complaint in modern Scotland – well come and join us and we will all benefit. On Sunday we meet at 10.30 a.m. for the Breaking of Bread, at 11.30 a.m. for refreshments and at 11.50 a.m. we hope God willing to have a double header from Ayrshire. Come along and benefit from lessons from God’s Word. On Tuesday, February 10 the Carmuirs Primary School Lunch Club meets once again and in the evening we have our prayer and Bible Study. This week we are studying ‘wisdom’ and John Hepburn will lead us in this study in the Book of Proverbs. A reminder that the next Saturday Evening Rally is on February 14 at 7 p.m.

Ochiltree Club

Entertainment on Saturday is provided by vocalist Raymond Blondell.
