Two new tenants will be making themselves at home in Earls Gate Business Park.
Baker Tilly has announced it will be moving to a 5000 sq. ft office on the Earls Court part of the Grangemouth site, while Forth Valley Chamber of Commerce has taken over two offices in the Shearer Building.
An independent firm of chartered accountants and business advisors, Baker Tilly has a network of offices across the UK.
Having completed a five- year lease agreement with Northern Trust Company Ltd, it will be moving from the nearby Gateway Business Park.
Meanwhile, chamber chief executive Laurence Barrett said, having launched the group in September 2012, said it had outgrown its premises in Falkirk Stadium.
He said: “We have several members who are based there already and we know the facilities are excellent and ideally situated for us to be able to engage with many businesses.”
On Monday, the chamber welcomed Minister for Transport and Veterans Keith Brown along with Falkirk East MSP Angus MacDonald.
