The manager of Falkirk Central Retail Park’s McDonalds has picked up an international accolade.

Debbie Park (pictured) received the Ray Kroc Award in recognition of her strong leadership performance and was one of only 67 McDonalds managers across Europe to receive the top honour.

McDonalds encourages staff to always strive to provide the best customer service and the Ray Kroc Awards helps promote this ethos.

A manager with the fast food giants for seven years, Debbie said: “I never thought I would win – this is definitely the highlight of my career. McDonalds has really helped me as I’ve grown professionally and has always been so supportive of both my achievements and those of my team.

“They have also allowed me to take charge of a number of football and environment community initiatives and support these on behalf of the business. I thank all the managers and crew members who have worked with me, as well as franchisee Elliot Jardine, for all their support, as I certainly couldn’t have done this without them.”
