Braveheart Walks

Bonnybridge walkers leave from the Royal Hotel at 10.30 a.m. You have a choice of an hour walk or a slower 30 minute walk amongst many marvelous paths. Come along and meet our walk leaders and some welcoming faces, where you can enjoy a chat over tea and cake in the cafe afterwords. For more information please call (01324) 673703.

Parish Church

A warm invitation is extended to visit Bonnybridge St Helen’s Parish Church for the harvest service on Sunday at 11 a.m. Grocery donations are being given to the Falkirk Food Bank. Prayer Time is held in the vestry every Sunday from 10.30/10.45 a.m., all welcome. On Saturday, October 18, a Harvest Messy Church for children from P1-P7. Parents and Carers are invited to join in a family afternoon of Messy Fun in the church and hall from 1.45-4 p.m. Entry is £1 and parents for free. Fundraising concert for church funds. Tickets are now on sale for the Caledonian Fiddle Orchestra from Glasgow on Wednesday, November 19 in the church. Tickets cost £7 (includes refreshments). Tickets are available from Mary Logan (01236) 603758 or from any member of the congregation board.

Buggy Group

The Bonny strollers buggy group meet every Friday at 1.15 p.m. at Bonnybridge health centre, Larbert Road, Bonnybridge. All welcome. All walks are free. For more information contact (01324) 504556 or email stepforth@falkirkcommunitytrust.org.

Citizens Advice

Denny & Dunipace Citizens Advice Bureau provides an information and advice service at Bonnybridge Community Centre each Wednesday from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. each week. If you would like an appointment to speak to a CAB Adviser, please call Bonnybridge Community Centre on (01324) 503290.

Ladies Fellowship

Meets in Bonnybridge St Helen’s Church hall on Tuesday at 7 p.m. Kay Brown is the speaker at this meeting, and a warm invitation is extended to anyone who wishes to come along.

Girl Guides

The annual Halloween disco will be held in Westpark Church halls on October 27 from 6.30-8.30 p.m. Any Rainbow or Brownies from Bonnybridge, Denny and Dunipace Packs are invited to come along and join in the fun - come along in fancy dress and the best costume will win a prize.

Driving Force

The Driving Force are having a quiz night on Friday, November 7. Tickets are £3 each and are available at Bonnybridge Health Centre, or by calling (01324) 826213. There will be a raffle, and if anyone wants to donate a prize they can leave it at the Health Centre.
