The owners of Scalan have spent 23 happy years there - and the house itself has been doubled in size and transformed.

Frank and Frances Duffy have spent the time and money to give the house a complete makeover, adding a generous master bedroom, larger kitchen and creating a great outdoor space.

Now, thanks to a new job in Wales for Mrs Duffy, this spacious four-bedroom semi is up for grabs.

Mr Duffy said: “The house was built in 1949 and originally had three bedrooms.

“It’s a house that we’ll be very sad to leave as we’ve always found the location ideal.’’
